3. Types of Personal Data Processed by the Operator
The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:
  • Last name, first name, patronymic;
  • Email address;
  • Phone numbers;
  • Date, month, year, and place of birth.
  • Additionally, anonymized data of website visitors (including cookies) are collected and processed using internet analytics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • The above data are hereinafter collectively referred to as "Personal Data."
4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User via email, as well as to provide access to the website’s services, information, and/or materials.
The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending an email to info@africacentrum.org with the subject "Unsubscribe from notifications about new products, services, and special offers."

If inaccuracies in personal data are detected, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to info@africacentrum.org with the subject "Update of personal data."
Personal data processing is carried out indefinitely. The User may revoke their consent at any time by sending a notification to the Operator’s email address with the subject "Revocation of consent for personal data processing."

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
Before carrying out the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign country provides reliable protection of personal data subjects' rights.
Cross-border transfers of personal data to countries that do not meet these requirements can only be carried out with the User’s written consent and/or in cases provided by law.
